Return and exchange policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he has the right to exchange the product within seven days. 2- The condition for exchanging or returning the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product and deliver the product to the shipping company. The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
